Tim McKnight
Executive Director
Tim McKnight has 21 years of experience in ministry. He served in youth ministry for 12 years and in the pastorate for 9 years. In addition, Dr. McKnight served as an infantry chaplain in the U.S. Army, deploying on Operations Noble Eagle and Enduring Freedom in 2001. He earned his Ph.D. in Evangelism, with additional studies in missions and church history, from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He co-founded Carolina Family Planning Centers and founded Twin Vision Consultants, a church consultation team that helps congregations become healthy and growing churches. He has also served as a disaster relief chaplain in multiple settings in recent years, including in the aftermath of the Haiti earthquake and Hurricanes Ivan and Katrina.


Alvin Reid
Alvin L. Reid serves as Professor of Evangelism and Student Ministry at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina, where he has been since 1995. He is also the founding Bailey Smith Chair of Evangelism. Alvin has spoken at a variety of conferences in almost every state and on four continents, including over 2000 churches, colleges, conferences and events across the United States and globally. He has written extensively on evangelism, missional Christianity, spiritual awakening, and student ministry. Alvin has a passion to equip leaders for the coming generation who will change the world for the glory of God and the sake of the gospel.
Dustin Dozier
Dustin Dozier is a pastor, communicator, and a “wanna be” blogger. He and his wife, Sloan, along with thief three adopted boys live outside of Greenville, South Carolina where Dustin serves as a student pastor at Taylors FBC. His passion for life change resonates through leading students, inspiring families, and investing into leaders. His desire is to pour into the next generation of leaders in such a way that the gospel of Christ penetrates the hearts of many all over the world, including their own community.


Clayton King
Clayton King is President of Crossroads Ministries, the Teaching Pastor at Newspring Church, and Professor of Evangelism at Anderson University. He’s the Founder of Crossroads Summer Camps and Crossroads Missions. As an evangelist, author, and missionary, he began preaching at the age of 14 and has traveled to 38 countries and 46 states. He’s written 12 books, including the re-launch of True Love Waits for Lifeway, called “TRUE LOVE PROJECT”. Clayton is passionate about seeing people far from God repent of their sin and begin a relationship with Jesus. He loves to pastor pastors and empower Christians for ministry. Sam Totman
Prior to becoming the Director of External Relations for the College of Christian Studies and the Clamp Divinity School at Anderson University, Sam Totman enjoyed over 10 years in youth ministry in a variety of settings. Sam served as a Centrifuge leader (Union University and North Greenville University), Pastor of Students and Education at Flat Springs Baptist Church (NC), Ministry Associate at Fellowship Community Church (SC), East Pickens Baptist Church (SC). the Bridge Church. He grew up in a a family-owned sign company developing skills in design and marketing and enjoys helping ministry organizations develop their brand and web presence. He’s currently working towards his Doctor of Education at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.


Andy Blanks
Andy Blanks is the co-founder of youthministry360.com. He is a veteran of youth ministry, spending the better part of the last two decades in para-church organizations and Christian publishing. But Andy’s most important role in youth ministry is that of a volunteer youth leader. He has taught the Bible and discipled teenagers pretty much weekly for the last 15 years. Andy is an author, speaker, and teacher who lives in Birmingham, AL with his awesome wife and their four children. Andy is an avid runner and loves just about anything involving being outdoors.
Terry Linhart
Terry Linhart is an author, strategist, and teacher who encourages and helps others be better and more effective in their ministry leadership, particularly those who work on behalf of young people around the world. He has become an experienced and credible voice in the field of Christian ministry and leadership. Terry is currently Professor of Youth Ministry and Adolescent Studies at Bethel College in South Bend, Indiana where he also chairs the Department of Religion and Philosophy. For over 25 years, he has focused on developing young leaders for vocational careers in ministry. He draws on his research expertise (Ph.D., Purdue) to consult with and support numerous national organizations. He has been recognized as one of the top 50 professors on leadership, strategy, and innovation.


Ricky Stark
Ricky Stark is Minister of Students at Taylors First Baptist Church in Taylors, South Carolina. He is also a Ph.D. candidate at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he is studying Christian philosophy, world religions, and theological aesthetics. His greatest desire is to see students own their faith in such a way that others begin pursuing God as their greatest passion.
Kevin Patterson
Kevin Patterson is the full time Associate Pastor/Minister of Youth at Spring Bayou Baptist Church in Kevil, KY. He is a youth ministry veteran with 5+ years in the trenches. He has been everything from a volunteer, bi-vocational, and full time youth pastor. He writes a little and blogs at his own blog: Life in the Youth Ministry Fishbowl. Kevin is a US Army combat veteran, married with two awesomely awkward daughters, drummer, and is currently pursuing a degree in Christian Studies.


Timothy Paul Jones
Timothy Paul Jones lives in the city of Louisville with his wife and three daughters. Over the past two decades, he has had the privilege of leading several congregations as a pastor and in associate ministry roles. Now, he serves as a professor and associate vice president at one of the largest seminaries in the world, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Here, he invests his time in mentoring a rising generation of God-called ministers of the gospel. He also edits The Journal of Discipleship and Family Ministry and writes books in the fields of apologetics and family ministry. He enjoys spending time with his family, meandering along city streets, visiting baseball parks, drinking French-pressed coffee, eating local foods, and cooking for friends. He serves in children’s and family ministry at the east campus of Sojourn Community Church.
David Martin
Over the last decade, David has become a gifted communicator with the ability to connect to all age groups with his honesty, humor, and down-to-earth approach to teaching God’s Word. David serves as the National Director for I am Second Students as well as an official youth speaker/trainer on the I am Second’s Speaker’s Bureau for I Am Second. David has a heart to encourage, equip, and inspire youth workers. Under David’s leadership, I am Second Students offers training and consulting to help strengthen and encourage youth workers and their ministries by helping them establish proven evangelism strategies to #LiveSecond outside the walls of their church.
